Madonna continues to shock fans with new social media posts that have left many wondering if the pop star has lost the plot.

On Monday, the Vogue singer shared a series of photos to her Instagram in which she was seen clasping a $3,000 Balenciaga purse while posing topless in thigh-high stockings and a pair of lacy undies.

Followers were quick to accuse the Grammy winner of making another “sad” grab for attention.

“Does anyone else think she looks like the Cat Lady who lost all her billions?” one critic swiped in the comments section.

“You need to stop …. and stop trying to be something you are not,” another piled on. “No need to try you’re already an icon. Now you just look like you’re trying to be 20 years old.”

Others begged the singer to “stop embarrassing your fans.”

“Someone needs to take grandma’s phone away,” one follower wrote, with another adding, “You just need too sit the f— down … You may have paved the way for some of today’s young Female Artists, but you have had your day!!! Take a back seat & have some dignity!”

“Everyone says she is living her best life, and we should all mind our business; but that’s the complete opposite of WTF is happening here,” one more person surmised. “Her entire life is a desperate attempt to get attention, and she puts her desperation on social media just waiting to be either judged or praised. That’s not living. That’s just sad.”

Madonna’s latest post follows an Instagram video where she appeared to lick water out of a dog bowl in addition to suggestively posing on a motorbike and squatting over a bottle of hot sauce.

“Do you think you are sending the right message for women especially young ones?” one person commented on the clip exasperatedly. “Really?? It’s embarrassing and degrading to yourself and women!”

“Washed up has been. Please quit posting s— like this,” another said chastising the music star.

Earlier this month, fans roasted the Hung Up songstress when she twerked in lingerie to Luclover’s L$D in a video posted to TikTok.

“Starting to scare me now,” one person wrote in the comments. “Like why?”

While her recent posts have upset many of her longtime fans, several supporters said Madonna is just continuing to express herself and push the envelope, just like she has always done in her lengthy career.

“People despise a woman who refuses to grow old gracefully. Madonna has never done what others wanted & I love that she won’t be a respectable ‘granny’ for them now,” one defender cheered.

“Go ahead you little judgmental jealous losers! Artists are not here to act according to your expectations. Would you mock David Bowie for aging?” another sniped.
