Liverpool head back into Premier League action with plenty of injury concerns but there could be a few who make their return against Arsenal at Anfield this weekend.
The Reds are keen to get back to winning ways, after a draw and a loss to Brighton and West Ham in their last two games, in order to keep up the chase with Chelsea who currently lead the way.
A visit from a 10-game unbeaten Arsenal will prove to be a tricky test and Klopp will hope that he isn’t without too many of his squad by the time 5:30pm rolls around on Saturday.
Here is all you need to know about Liverpool ’s current injury concerns and the potential return dates for all players on the sidelines.

Sadio Mane
Sadio Mane was withdrawn from Senegal’s game against Togo last Thursday after just 28 minutes and there were initial concerns for Jurgen Klopp.
But it was revealed by Senegal’s manager, Aliou Cisse, that it was just a precautionary measure and nothing too serious, although Mane soon returned to Liverpool following the game.
It has since been put down to a bruised rib for Mane, causing some discomfort, but the winger has trained this week and will be fit enough for Saturday’s game.
Klopp said: “Sadio is fine – painful but fine. Everybody who had a rib bruise knows it’s an annoying thing. But Sad trained here with us now in all sessions.”
Jordan Henderson
Liverpool’s captain Jordan Henderson was one of many who picked up injuries whilst on international duty but while there was some concern over his condition, it is hoped that the midfielder will feature against Arsenal.
Henderson played and scored against Albania last Friday for England, but he picked up a groin injury and returned from international duty for further assessment.
He is currently going through rehab and will continue to be monitored, but a late fitness test will decide whether or not he will definitely play on Saturday.
Andrew Robertson
Andrew Robertson picked up a thigh injury whilst away with Scotland and was substituted before the final whistle against Denmark on Monday.
Klopp has said that the left back is lucky that it wasn’t a more serious injury but because he came off early during the week, it is believed he may have a good chance of featuring on the weekend.
However, it is understood to be more of a serious injury than that of Henderson, although neither have trained so far, and another late fitness test will decide whether or not he features against Arsenal.

Divock Origi
Liverpool’s latest injury worry is Divock Origi after the striker came off during Belgium’s draw with Wales on Tuesday with an apparent dead leg.
It is hoped that it won’t cause Origi to have to miss the game with Arsenal but at this rate, the Belgian should be in contention.
Another forward injury is not what Klopp needs and a late fitness test can be expected to confirm whether or not he will play.
Naby Keita
It was initially hoped that Naby Keita would recover from his injury in time for the visit of Arsenal but his expected return date has now been pushed back to next week.
The Mali midfielder was withdrawn during the first half of Liverpool’s draw with Brighton at Anfield at the end of last month with a hamstring injury and subsequently missed the next two fixtures.
It was expected that he would be out for a while and in Klopp’s latest injury update, he revealed that this weekend would come too soon for Keita.
Klopp said: “Probably next week we expect [him] back in team training, let’s see what that means for the Porto game – but not for the weekend.”

James Milner
Long-term absentee James Milner is getting closer to his return to action and that is looking more likely to be at some point next week, with the visit of Arsenal coming too soon for the midfielder.
Milner suffered a hamstring problem during last months 5-0 hammering of Manchester United at Old Trafford and has been out ever since, although he has been doing individual training.
Klopp has confirmed that Milner is “getting closer” and like Keita, will hopefully return to full training next week.
Joe Gomez
Joe Gomez is another who will make a later return, with the defender not expected back until the beginning of next month.
Gomez picked up what is believed to be a calf injury at the start of last month and missed the following games against Atletico Madrid and West Ham.
The defender is currently undertaking a course of rehab, with Klopp saying that he is in a “good place”.
Roberto Firmino
A big blow for Klopp and Liverpool fans is that Roberto Firmino still looks to be a few weeks away from recovery, with his predicted comeback date being mid-December.
The Brazilian striker is struggling with a thigh injury that he sustained in the Champions League victory over Atletico Madrid at Anfield before the international break.
Jurgen Klopp is confident that Firmino is “getting closer” to a return but he will continue to be monitored.
Curtis Jones
Curtis Jones will continue to recover from a freak eye injury he suffered in training before the international break, with an expected return date not yet decided.
But it is predicted that a few more weeks may be needed in order to let it heal naturally.
Klopp said: “He is good, he is just not allowed to do a lot of things in the moment, we have to wait until the doctors give us a green light.”
Harvey Elliot
After suffering a fractured ankle in a horror injury against Leeds back in September, youngster Harvey Elliot has undergone surgery and a long recovery process to get back to full fitness.
And it is thought that Elliot is making good progress, although a return date of next year is still expected, and has even been back out training individually at the Liverpool training centre.
Klopp said: “Harvey is doing really well but there’s still some time needed between now and the moment he can start again for us.”
