With great power comes great responsibility. Well, that virtue was never taught to a mechanic on the Gold Cost when he was test driving his customer’s modified Holden VL Commodore.
Understood to be valued at $150,000, the mechanic managed to crash his customer’s vehicle into three parked cars in an industrial area, destroying the customer’s pride and joy.

One of the parked car owners, Rob Sardinha, told 7 News that “it’s not a great way to start a Friday morning, but accidents happen. If accidents didn’t happen, I wouldn’t have a job, because I fix cars.”
Police are still investigating how the crash happened and so far no charges have been laid.
But, taking a wild guess, we suspect speed and a lack of driving ability were factors in the crash.
