Megan Thee Stallion dyed her natural curls red and just wow

On March 12, Megan Thee Stallion decided she wanted to permanently stop my ability to breathe with her massive Afro and curly bangs at the Vanity Fair Oscars after-party. Since then, her beautiful coils have become her go-to hairstyle, replacing her prior array of wigs. That drastic hair transformation was just beginning. In April, the Hot Girl Captain lightened her curls to a caramel blonde colour. Now, in May, the Houston-raised rapper has officially become a redhead.

Meg debuted two new things in her May 21 Instagram post: her ginger hair and two wax figures at Madame Tussauds. I have to give some major props to the team who crafted these statues because the trio looked as if they were real-life triplets. Thankfully, Meg was feeling generous and posted multiple photos so I could appreciate every copper-hued spiral and loop. In the first, she poses between her two wax figures in a body-hugging, multicolour maxi dress with her bouncy coils surrounding her like a lion’s mane.

I don’t know if my vision is failing me or if I’m simply so enamoured I cannot think straight, but I swear her hair looks like it’s grown a ton in the past month. There’s a chance that she’s just really good at picking out her hair to get the envy-inducing body, volume, and height — that or her hair grows extremely fast.

It wouldn’t be a Megan Thee Stallion Instagram post if we didn’t get a fire nailfie shot, which you can see on slide six of her carousel. Her signature lipstick-shaped tips were painted a blue ombré with white floral accents that remind us of popular manicures from the ’90s.

Since it seems that Meg is experimenting with hair colour, I’d love to see her with violet or even a cobalt blue very soon.
