MHADA Admit Card 2021 Out Soon at mhada.gov.in; Online Exam From 12 December – See Latest

Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) is expected to release on Tuesday, November 30 the admit card of the Stenographer, Assistant Engineer, Surveyor, Tracer, Junior Engineer, and other posts. The admit card for the eligible applicants will be uploaded on the official website of the authority i.e. mhada.gov.in. Once it is released, candidates have to check and download MHADA admit card online. The online examination will be held on December 12, 15, 19, and 20, 2021.

In order to download the MHADA admit card 2021, candidates have to log in at mhada.gov.in. Thereafter, candidates have to click on the ‘Recruitment 2021’ button. Thereafter, in a new window, recent notices for MHADA Recruitment 2021 will appear. Click on the link to download MHADA Recruitment 2021 admit card link. Wherein, candidates have to enter their login credentials like Registration ID and Password. Finally, click on the ‘Submit’ button to access the admit card. 

It should be noted that no admit card will be issued by post or email. Students have to cross-check the details printed on the admit card before downloading and taking a printout of it.

MHADA is conducting a recruitment drive to fill a total of 565 posts in 14 Technical and Non-Technical posts under MHADA Saralseva Recruitment 2021. It will organize the online computer-based test for the various posts commencing in the 2nd week of December. The exam will be conducted following the social distancing and COVID-19 guidelines.

According to the revised schedule, the examination for Stenographer, Assistant Engineer (Architectural), Surveyor, Tracer, and other posts will be held on December 12, 15, 19, and 20, 2021. The examination for Executive Engineer (Architecture), Sub Engineer (Architecture), Assistant Engineer (Architecture), and Assistant Legal Advisor will take place in computer-based mode.

Syllabus for Direct Recruitment – 2021 for the posts of Executive Engineer, Deputy Engineer, and Assistant Engineer

1. Mechanics: simple stress and strain relationship. Mohr’s circle, simple bending theory, flexural and shear stresses, uniform torsion, buckling of column, combined and direct bending stresses.

2. Concrete Structure: Concrete design- basic working and limit state design concepts, analysis of ultimate load capacity, and design of members subjected to flexure, shear, compression, and torsion by limit state methods. Basic elements of prestressing concrete.

3. Steel Structures: Analysis and design of tension and compression members, design of plate girders and trusses, plastic analysis of beams and frames. Rivet and Bolted connections.

4. Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering: Soil Classification and soil analysis. Subsurface investigations, Earth pressure theories effect of the water table, layered soils. Stability of slopes. Foundation types- Foundation design requirements. Shallow and Deep foundation.

5. Fluid Mechanics and Hydrology: Forces on immersed bodies, flow measurements in channels, tanks, and pipes. Dimensional analysis and hydraulic modeling, Kinetic flow, velocity triangles and specific speed of pumps and turbines. 

Hydrology: Unit hydrographs, flood estimation, reservoir capacity, reservoir, and channel routing well hydraulics.

6. Surveying: Principles and Classification, mapping concepts, coordinate system, map projections, measurements of distance and directions leveling, theodolite traversing, plane table surveying, errors and adjustments, curves, Advance method of surveying.

7. Environmental Engineering: a) Water Supply: Sources of supply, design of intakes, estimation of demand, water quality standards, Primary and secondary treatment, maintenance of treatment units. b) Sewerage: Disposal, design of sewer and sewerage systems, pumping.

8. Internet basics.
