Michelle Obama set to appear in San Francisco, Los Angeles

Michelle Obama is set to embark on a six-city tour this fall behind her upcoming new book “The Light We Carry: Overcoming in Uncertain Times.”

The trek includes two stops in the Golden State: Dec. 10 at The Masonic in San Francisco and Dec. 13 at the YouTube Theater in Los Angeles.

The full itinerary is listed below.

Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Sept. 30 via ticketmaster.com. Fans can also try for tickets through Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan presale platform, which is available at https://verifiedfan.ticketmaster.com/michelleobama through Sept. 26.

The former first lady will be supporting her highly anticipated new book, “The Light We Carry: Overcoming in Uncertain Times.” The book — which follows her No. 1 bestselling memoir “Becoming” — is due out Nov. 15. In a statement, Obama described “Light We Carry” as “a collection of perspectives and practices I’ve used to keep me afloat amid uncertainty.”

Obama’s tour stops include Nov. 15 at Warner Theatre in Washington, D.C.; Nov. 18  at The Met in Philadelphia; Dec. 3 at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta; Dec. 5 at Chicago Theatre in Chicago; Dec. 10 at The Masonic in San Francisco; and Dec. 13 at YouTube Theater in Los Angeles.
