A-lister Michelle Pfeiffer has been a Hollywood mainstay for decades. While younger fans may know her from more recent films like ‘Hairspray’ or ‘Murder on the Orient Express’, her career goes way back to the ’80s. Not only has she starred in dozens of hit movies over the last few decades, she has even also received many accolades, including a Golden Globe Award, and three nominations for an Academy Award.

She had leading roles in ‘The Witches of Eastwick’ (1987) and the comedy ‘Married to the Mob’ (1988). Her roles in ‘Dangerous Liaisons’ (1988) and ‘The Fabulous Baker Boys’ (1989) garnered her two consecutive Academy Award nominations, for Best Supporting Actress and Best Actress, respectively. Meanwhile, her portrayal of lounge singer Susie Diamond in the latter is one of the most acclaimed of her career. She later went on to star as Catwoman / Selina Kyle in Tim Burton’s superhero film ‘Batman Returns’ (1992), and who could forget her star-making turn in ‘Scarface’!
