Adonna claims she missed didn’t get jobs because of her appearance, and how she is often harassed and groped — something no one should have to face.
“Pretty privilege is a thing, I’m not here to deny that,” she said in a clip posted to TikTok.
“But it comes with disadvantages. I’ve never been in a job where I haven’t been harassed. I’ve rarely been in social situations where I haven’t been harassed.”
She continued, “People don’t usually take ‘no’ as an answer with me, because they think I’m something to be possessed,” she said, adding that she is “grabbed regularly.”
She added: “I was once passed up on for a business opportunity because they said that I was too young and beautiful,” and she “would be distracting for the other people in the industry.”

Adonna believes it’s “the idea that because I’m present and because I’m pretty, there is a sense of entitlement to that space, or that I’m automatically associated with something sexual.”
But because of how she looks, Adonna is told that she should be used to the attention – wanted or unwanted.
“That’s the part I don’t like,” she said. “I should be able to go out and be safe.”
She took to another video to say, “I am a beneficiary of pretty privilege. I get that. But I’m f***ing tired of being pretty.”
The comments sections were mixed, with many calling her out for her humble-bragging.

“I’m average to good looking… every woman gets talked to like this,” one person commented.
A second added, “I read your story and all I can say is get over yourself. You are very pretty. But whose standard are you too beautiful?”
Most people, however, praised her for her comments, some completely understanding where Adonna is coming from.
“A ton of pretty girls feel this way along with a harder time making genuine friendships and connections,” someone commented. “It can be very isolating.
Another woman added: “They’re only hating because you’re pretty; they’re partially proving your point without even realizing it.”
One person summed it up nicely: “Every person has problems. Everyone deserves to be heard without comparison.”
