Actress Priya Ahuja Rajda who was earlier seen as Rita reporter on `Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah` and is currently part of `Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin` joined mid-day.com for a monsoon special. Find out all about her favourites for the season and more!
The actress along with “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah` co-star Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal are also teaming up again along with Paras Chhabra from `Bigg Boss 13` for a music video that will be released during the Ganpati celebrations.
How did you kick off the season?
Initially, I was shooting for `Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin` and then now I am spending my time at home.
What is your favourite place to visit in Mumbai during the monsoon?
I stay on the 47th floor so my balcony is the best place where I can chill, get n wet and still stay clean!

Cafe or restaurant recommendations for the season…
I love staying at home. Ofcourse there are a few places but nothing in particular because I love food I can eat on streets as well as at restaurants.
Choice of outfits for the season…
I don`t step out much when it`s raining so there`s no favourite outfit per se. But if I have to go out mostly it will be a simple t shirt n shorts with crocs!
Holiday plans…
Lonavala and Bhandhardhara. I love the vibe of these places during the monsoon.

Movies to binge watch while stuck at home…
I am not a typical movie person. I check if there are any good shows on OTT and might binge watch them with my husband.
What do dislike about the monsoon?
The potholes and the fact that everything coming to a standstill. That`s the worst part of monsoons.
