One of Perth’s most charismatic cocktail bars in the CBD is turning 10 and celebrating in style with a menu packed with its greatest hits from the past decade.
Bobeche will offer 10 of its most epic cocktails for its month-long birthday bash.
From the much-loved Bobeche Iced Tea and midnight must-have Breakfast Martini of 2015 to Hot Buttered Rum with fresh truffle, August at Bobeche is the time to escape the cold of the city and sip your way down memory lane.
The bar’s infectious old-world vibe has been the backdrop of many late nights over the years, continuing to invite and delight new arrivals and loyal followers as they head downstairs at Heritage Perth.
The 10-year anniversary of the family owned and run Heritage Perth, which includes Bobeche, Heritage Wine Bar, Heritage Wine Store and Heritage Private Dining and Events, comes as Perth emerges from one of its toughest periods in hospitality history.
Owner of Bobeche, Heritage Wine Bar and Heritage Wine Store, Edward Wolkowinski, has seen it all in the past 10 years and is keen to celebrate as the CBD comes back to life.
“What better way to celebrate a 10th birthday than to have a month-long celebration of our greatest hits?” he said.
“It’s been awesome for the team to get together and go through the greatest cocktails of the past decade.
“It started as a long list, the process of narrowing it down has brought back some really good memories of the incredibly strong bar managers we’ve had over the years.
“It’s been fun to pull out some old hits that haven’t graced the list for a long time and see how they sit alongside newer additions.”
Bobeche’s Greatest Hits cocktail menu will be on offer until September 3.
