Gov. Phil Murphy plans to stop congestion pricing in its tracks. The plan promises to toll drivers in Manhattan’s business district to pay for mass transit upgrades, but Murphy said the proposal as it stands now is not acceptable. CBS2’s Kevin Rincon spoke with the governor.
