She’s a lifestyle journalist who begins to notice a pattern of women who were strangled to death in the area. Her editors don’t want her to cover the story, so she teams up with another journalist called Jean Cole (played by Carrie Coon from the Leftovers and Gone Girl). The two of them work incredibly hard, even as more bodies pile up, to find the truth and convince the police to investigate these serious crimes. This film also stars Alessandro Nivola (from the Many Saints of Newark), Morgan Spector (from the Plot Against America), and David Dastmalchian (from the Suicide Squad).
