Game 7 has yet to tip off, though many NBA fans are convinced it’s already been “rigged.”
Ahead of tipoff, Miami Heat fans – and the rest of the NBA world, outside of Boston Celtics fans, that is – are not happy with the referee assignment.
Tonight’s officiating crew has been a good one to the Celtics, while the Heat, well, have not benefited nearly as much.

Some NBA fans are convinced the league wants the Celtics to be victorious.
“The @nba is rigged! Why even watch the game 7 when the league has already decided the outcome,” one fan wrote.
“The NBA is rigged. Like why isn’t the nba looking into these refs. The heat has a horrible record against Tony Brothers, Scott Foster, and John Goble and they were picked to officiate game 7. The nba has to start investigating these officials and stop them from making a team win,” one fan added.
“I’m not even watching Game 7. The Celtics run has had all the legitimacy of professional wrestling. At least that, we know is a farce. People have always said the NBA is rigged. I ain’t saying they’re wrong anymore,” one fan added.
“Tonight’s game 7 is gonna be the most rigged game of the series in favor of the Celtics which isn’t a surprise tatum taking 20-25 free throws by himself,” one fan added.
