Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen have had an interesting relationship following their playing careers with the Chicago Bulls.
Pippen has taken several shots at Jordan over The Last Dance documentary, saying it is basically all about him.
While that might be true since Jordan was the main story and most popular player of his era, he’s still credited Pippen for much of his success.
“I didn’t win without Scottie Pippen, and that’s why I consider him my best teammates of all time… Whenever they speak Michael Jordan, they should speak Scottie Pippen.”
That’s why NBA fans praised Jordan on social media after the comments.
This is exactly why I don’t get why Pippen be talking crazy about Jordan https://t.co/r8n0bOFVZs

Pippen feels underappreciated and overshadowed by MJ (who wouldn't?). It doesn't matter how much flowers he gets from MJ, Phil or his teammates. The Last Dance resurfaced those feelings and Pippen can't help himself from going at Jordan ever since. https://t.co/IZb5Uml6Hu

Jordan and Pippen won six championships together while the Bulls three-peated twice during the Phil Jackson era.
Beside the people that say LeBron James, Jordan is universally considered the greatest player in NBA history. Pippen is regarded as a top-50 player all-time.
