The Milwaukee Bucks appeared to be well on their way to a win over the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday night until Giannis Antetokounmpo was ejected from the game.

Antetokounmpo was given his second technical foul of the game on Wednesday after dunking on Pistons forward Isaiah Stewart and staring him down after the play.

The Bucks were up by 13 when Giannis was ejected, a lead they have since surrendered. With Milwaukee now in jeopardy of losing the game, fans are wondering why Giannis was ejected.

“One of the league’s biggest stars throwing a highlight reel poster down on someone and hyping up the crowd and you respond by ejecting him because he glanced at the guy he yammed on for a second. Unbelievable,” said one fan.

“Let’s not turn the NBA into the NFL with guys unable to have any kind of fun after a big play,” another fan said.

“What are we doing here? This is a dumb tech, also let dudes talk a little trash after dunking on someone,” said another fan.

“The officials know who everyone is there to see. Can’t possibly allow these world-class athletes and entertainers to have any fun,” one fan added.

“can’t scream in a guy face anymore? what happened to the game i love,” asked another fan.

The Bucks will have to find a way to win without their two-time MVP on Wednesday night against the Pistons.
