Former No. 1 overall pick Kwame Brown blasted LeBron James in a bizarre rant following the Lakers’ season-ending loss to the Denver Nuggets on Monday.
Brown’s diatribe centered around James’ inability to get a shot up on the final possession of Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals Monday. LeBron drove to the basket with his team down two in the final seconds, only to be turned away by Jamal Murray and Aaron Gordon, who executed a perfect double team and blocked James’ last attempt.
“I have never seen a guy of your caliber, supposed caliber, you don’t even get a shot off?” Brown said. “You’re probably the best scorer in the game, you got all these points. But you were looking for a bailout, again.”

Brown called James a “stat-sheet junkie” also said if he owned a LeBron jersey, it would be “on fire right now.” He later contended that Kobe Bryant would have won the game.
NBA fans don’t seem to be taking Brown’s opinion too seriously though.
