Is LeBron James’ season over?
The King captured the all-time points record earlier this week and hasn’t played in a game since.
LeBron, who’s been vocal about the Lakers’ disappointing season time and time again, missed Saturday night’s game against the Warriors with a foot injury.
Lakers coach Darvin Ham announced that LeBron is now listed as day-to-day.
“Darvin Ham said LeBron James remains day-to-day moving forward.”
It’s a big disappointment for the Lakers, who need lEbRON James now more than ever, especially after upgrading at the trade deadline.
“All star weekend is next week – give them a chance to get practice time together and then come out ready for a run to the 6 seed,” one Twitter user wrote.
“Gotta sit him until after the break. Guys gotta just keep the team afloat by staying in the 3-5 GB range. Preferably 3 GB,” another fan suggested.
Some fans in particular aren’t taking the news very well.
“Really day to day?? Making the playoffs must not be a priority . I swear man this dude doesn’t measure up to Kobe . Kobe tried to play with a torn Achilles,” a social-media user commented.
If LeBron’s out it’s because he’s hurt. There’s no need for useless conspiracy theories.
