As long as you’re a My Best Buy Plus or My Best Buy Total subscriber, you’ll benefit from the B2G1 sale–along with all the other perks that come with being a member. The B2G1 free promotion features a bunch of upcoming Switch games, including Super Mario Bros. Wonder, Super Mario RPG, Pikmin 4, Pikmin 1+2, and plenty more.
The newly retooled My Best Buy program has three tiers, including a free one. You’ll need to be a paid subscriber to take advantage of the B2G1 free offer, though.
My Best Buy Plus costs $50/year but gives you free two-day shipping, exclusive access to sales, and an extended 60-day return window for most products. Considering most folks pay $139 for free shipping with Amazon, that’s not a bad deal.
The Total membership plan is much more expensive at $180/year, but includes protection plans, around-the-clock tech support, and discounts on repairs. This tier of My Best Buy has replaced Totaltech, which cost $200 (and was very similar).
Paying Best Buy members can also get 10 percent off Pokemon TCG purchases right now, including the upcoming 151 preorders.
If you sign up for the My Best Buy Plus plan today, however, it practically pays for itself and then some with the current B2G1 free deal. There are tons of exciting eligible games. In fact, the vast majority of Switch games at Best Buy are included in the offer. The deal will automatically be applied after adding three eligible games to your cart from the official deal page on Best Buy, and it’s an easy way to save $60 when purchasing three full-priced games.
