Denver Nuggets superstar Nikola Jokic is ready for the offseason.
Even though he just helped them win their first title in franchise history, he doesn’t want to hang around Denver for too much longer. After he found out that the parade would be on Thursday, he seemed to get a little upset.

All Jokic needs to do is stay around Denver for a couple more days and then he can go home. Besides, everyone gets drunk at championship parades, so Jokic can do that while celebrating the title before going back home to Serbia.
Jokic was an absolute force during the Nuggets’ run to their first NBA title and capped it off with a 28-point and 16-rebound performance on Monday night.
He was also named MVP of the NBA Finals since the Heat had no chance of stopping him during these five games.
