Last year, Niti had revealed on a reality show that she had a hole in her heart. She revealed her condition after she had a fall while dancing on the stage of the show.

Talking to ETimes, Niti said, “When I was a baby I was going to die. I died for a few minutes and came back. I fought that so I can do anything in life. I’d never imagined that Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan would be such a huge hit.”

Niti added that a woman walked up to her last month (when she was out for a movie) to tell the actor that she felt suicidal during the pandemic after losing her father but Niti’s Vlogs ‘gave her hope to live’.

The TV actor added that she prefers to keep her social media persona real and posts her sad and idle moments as much as she does her happy and active moments.

During her appearance on the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa last year, Niti had said, “As a kid, I had a hole in my heart and there are many things that I was not allowed to do including dance because it could jeopardize my health. I couldn’t go to amusement parks or take flights or do anything remotely adventurous.”

She added, “When I recovered, I danced with joy and I’ve been dancing since then. I’m so happy that I’m getting to live my adventure on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. I’m super grateful.”

Niti is currently seen on the second season of the popular show Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2. Last year, she also featured in the music video Naina Mere.
