Ahead of the release of his second studio album, Me vs. Me, NLE Choppa taps Moneybagg Yo for the project’s latest single “Too Hot.” The track’s official music video was also released, check it out up top.

The first collaboration between the rising Memphis rappers, “Too Hot” arrives just days after Moneybagg revealed he’d successfully accomplished Choppa’s challenge to quit lean, which the latter issued on social media last summer.

Set to drop next Friday, Me vs. Me is highlighted by the previously released singles “Jumpin,” “Final Warning,” “Mmm Hmm,” “I.Y.B.” and “Drop Shit,” as well as new collaborations with Young Thug and G Herbo. The album will mark Choppa’s first full-length offering since November 2020, when he released his From Dark to Light mixtape, while serving as the official follow-up to the 19-year-old’s 2020 debut studio album, Top Shotta.

Choppa spoke about Me vs. Me during an interview with Power 106 Los Angeles and said that project contains newer and older material “so that people can see the growth that I’ve shown musically.” He added, “At the same time, I’m still speaking on the same topics of what my core fans like to hear from me.”
