The only problem being that while the Japanese man who shot all kinds of photos of himself in a Domino’s Pizza uniform with a backpack used to hold pizzas, took all the getup to the top of Mount Fuji, he didn’t actually have a pizza in the bag.

Still, the trek made for some great social media content.

“I hiked up Mount Fuji yesterday. There was someone who ordered Domino’s Pizza,” tweeted the man with the thermal bag on his back.

Mount Fuji is Japan’s highest peak and it took six hours for the man to climb it. He posted photos along the way and even posed with his “customer” when he got there. The man on the receiving end sadly didn’t actually get a pizza.

Asahi TV said the man, identified as Umanami Futoshi, doesn’t work for Domino’s. He’s actually an office worker who likes hiking up mountains and cosplaying in different delivery outfits.

The bag was reportedly filled with equipment and supplies to help him with his climb.

jAnd while hiking up mountains,  likes to cosplay as various delivery workers working for different companies.

Here are some pictures of him posing in various delivery outfits, including Uber Eats, Demae-Can (a Japanese delivery company) and Pizza-La, the second highest-grossing pizza chain in Japan after Domino’s Pizza.

GRIN AND BEAR IT

A teenager in the United Kingdom who allegedly was hiding from police after a car was stolen, hid in a giant stuffed teddy bear, police said last week, according to FOX.

Joshua Dobson, 18, was arrested last month near Manchester on charges of motor vehicle theft, driving while disqualified, and leaving a gas station without paying, police said.

Police searched for Dobson at a home in Rochdale where they found him hiding, police said.

RECCOMMENDED VIDEO

We apologize, but this video has failed to load.

“When we went to arrest him, our officers noticed a large bear breathing in the address before finding Dobson inside,” police said.

They said he was sentenced last week to nine months in prison.

But police weren’t done. They also made a joke at Dobson’s expense, saying: “Hopefully he has a bearable time inside.”
