The sign has sparked a massive debate online — with some finding it offensive while others branding it hilarious.

The sign went up last week but caught attention after being shared on Facebook.

The chief pizza pie purveyor, owner Jayden Dunigan told ABC 6 the sign was meant to be a joke.

“It’s more humor than anything,” Dunigan said. “A lot of people we’ve hired just don’t want to work. There is no work ethic, so that’s the meaning behind the ‘non-stupid.’”
