OnePlus is rumoured to have started working on the OnePlus 10 series and we can expect the phones to debut in the first half of 2022. Since there was no T-numbered flagship this time around, we can speculate the OnePlus 10 series could bring sizeable upgrades over this year’s OnePlus 9 lineup. Now, tipster Debayan Roy on Twitter claimed the OnePlus 10 design will be identical to the OPPO Reno7 Pro from the front. Though the latter’s design hasn’t been officially revealed, a leaked live image showed the handset has a punch-hole cutout on the top-left corner, slim bezels, and a flat screen.

Since the tipster is talking only about the front, we speculate the OnePlus 10’s rear design might look different from the Reno7 Pro. Either way, this doesn’t come as a surprise since OnePlus is known to borrow a few design elements from OPPO phones in the past as well. The company has even integrated its OxygenOS into OPPO’s ColorOS base mode. Both the brands are under BBK Electronics and have also announced to introduce a unified OS in 2022. The OnePlus 10 series will be the first series to run on the new unified OS built on Android 12. Since the OnePlus 10 launch is still a long way to go, it should be a while before the company confirms the flagship lineup and starts teasing them.
This comes just days after the alleged OnePlus 10 Pro renders surfaced online. It has a square-shaped rear camera setup that houses triple sensors and LED flash. It is said to have a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The alert slider and the power button are on the right spine. The volume up and down buttons are likely to be placed on the left. We should learn more about the OnePlus 10 series soon. Stick around.
