Paddy McGuinness begged fans for help after he admitted to overindulging on Christmas Day.
The Top Gear presenter, 48, showed followers a pic of his bloated belly as he begged someone to “give it a rub”.
Captioning the hilarious post he wrote: “I need help. Somebody please give it a rub.
“I need Rennies, Gaviscon and some massage oil. Christmas Day done!!!”
“Hope you’re suitably stuffed and lay on the couch. Merry Christmas!!!”
Fans couldn’t get over the size of Paddy’s paunch with one joking: “I thought that was the couch.”
While another asked “Are you preggers?”
And a third quipped: “How many month gone are ya Paddy?”

However others told the star they were in the same boat with one posting: “”Aww I know how you feel Paddy I hope you feel better tomorrow.”
While another said: “”Feel your pain. Stuffed!”
On Boxing Day Paddy told fans the bloating had gone and he was feeling better, despite sharing a pic of his leftovers.
After the overindulging it seemed as if the Christmas festivities were beginning to wear off as Paddy asked fans when was the best time to take down the tree.

“When do you take your tree down? These days I’m done after Boxing Day, just want to put it back in the garage till next year! I still love Chrimbo but after the big day it all gets a bit Lionel,” he wrote.
And in a new video he asked: “When do you stand on the old tree coming down?
“If I go out for an Indian or a Chinese I have a lovely meal but as soon as it’s finished I want the table cleared.
“‘Get rid of it, don’t want to look at it anymore.’ I’m a bit like that with a tree these days.”

Despite wanting to get rid of the tree, Paddy confessed he loved the build up to Christmas.
“Absolutely buzzing with Christmas. Love it. Favourite time of the year,” he said.
But then clarified: “But as soon as Christmas Day is done I want rid. I want to clear everything away.”
Paddy is married to Christine McGuinness, 33, and the couple have three children.
The devoted parents share twins Penelope and Leo, eight, and daughter Felicity, who are all living with autism.
Christine explained they make a number of adjustments every year to make sure their children have a restful and enjoyable festive period.

“We make little changes. We don’t give them all of their Christmas presents at once – we tend to do it throughout the day,” she told OK!.
“We often do it over a couple of days as sometimes if you give them too many it just overwhelms them.
The proud mum added: “I would never expect them to eat a Christmas dinner, so I give them what they love – chicken nuggets and chips!”
