Patrick Beverley is one of the most outspoken players in the NBA, and he’s never been shy about sharing his opinion.
From his thoughts on officiating to his opinions on his fellow players, Beverley has consistently spoken his mind about what is taking place in the NBA.
The Chicago Bulls guard recently revealed the player he thinks is the best big man in the NBA, and his answer may come as a surprise to fans.
Pat has KAT as the best 5 man in the league and the most skilled!

“My man when it comes to like offensively gifted players, I say, man … it’s two people, bro. It’s K.A.T. and it’s James Harden, and I think I got K.A.T. [No. 1],” Beverley said on an episode of his podcast.
It’s worth noting that of all of the best big men in basketball, Beverley has spent the most time with Karl-Anthony Towns as a teammate. He spent the entire 2021-22 season with the Timberwolves, allowing him to see Towns was capable of doing on a nightly basis.
Towns is one of the best players at his position, but it’s difficult to regard him as the absolute best when MVP-level players like Joel Embiid and Nikola Jokic are also centers.
Embiid won MVP this season, while Jokic just completed one of the greatest individual seasons in the sport’s history with a legendary playoff run.
Beverley is absolutely entitled to his opinion, but it’s definitely a point that can be argued.
