Jake Paul has hit out at rival Tommy Fury as well as his father, John, and world champion brother, Tyson, by claiming the former Love Island star is ducking him. The controversial YouTuber-turned-prizefighter also took aim at UFC icon Nate Diaz for avoiding a potential bout.
Fury and Paul have something of a history together and have been scheduled to clash in the ring before in December 2021 and earlier this summer, but the Brit was forced to pull out of both contests. Fury is 8-0 with four KOs, whereas Paul also has an unblemished record at 6-0 with five knockout victories.
The American has also topped some big names around the combat world, defeating UFC champions Tyron Woodley – twice – and Anderson Silva. Paul had agreed to fight in the United Kingdom after Fury was banned from travelling to the United States but only if his opponent had agreed to terms within a certain time limit.
After his class with Fury was cancelled, Paul instead turned his attentions to UFC icon Silva, knocking the former middleweight champion to the canvas during a points victory. The 25-year-old has now taken to social media to accuse Fury and Diaz of ducking him as he looks for a next fight.
