Percival Releases Second Champion Collab With Embroidered Scout Badges

London-based label Percival is officially dropping its second collaboration with American sportswear giant Champion. Joining forces with the contemporary imprint, the collection serves as a perfect amalgamation of both brands at their peak, with a range of subverted menswear classics taking centre stage.

Paying homage to its Soho roots, the collection reimagines Champion’s epochal sportswear range to include its signature flair, embroidered scout badges and updated motifs. Taking inspiration from vintage uniforms, one of the standout pieces from the offering is the navy sweatshirt, which features an array of embellished iconography that nods to the tasks and achievements which are often required to be completed by club members around the world.

Speaking on the collaboration, Chris Gove, co-founder of Percival, said: “It’s been an honour to once again create a collection with iconic Champion styles. We’re really excited about the collection as we feel that at Percival, our London manufactured embroidery is the small flourish that gives it that edge over its non embroidered counterpart—subverting the classics, or in this case the best, but better.”

You can cop the Percival x Champion “The Best, But Better” collection in-store and from the Champion and Percival webstore from April 14.
