They say good things come in threes but for Trista Campbell and Casey Haines, it’s the number two that brought them their fill of good fortune.
The couple eloped on the second day of the second month of 2022 with their two beautiful daughters and a small handful of loved ones.
Gathering at Rockingham Salt Lakes, the pair were blessed with perfect weather as they said their own vows before enjoying a champagne tower with their guests while witnessing a spectacular sunset.
Trista was accompanied by her daughters, Millie and McKenna, as she walked down the relaxed beach aisle to a solo female acoustic version of You Are My Sunshine.
When and where
Following their intimate elopement, the newlyweds threw a “Happily Ever After” party on February 12, 2022 at Farm Weddings in Bullsbrook. The 150 guests enjoyed a festive cocktail-style wedding and stayed onsite in the cabins or camped on the grounds. The party included an all-white adult bouncy castle, wooden oak dance floor, glamping tents, food trucks, a 3m-long grazing table, lawn games, picnic table chill zones, photo booth, open bar, cocktail cart, neon signs, festoon lights and even a Mr Whippy van.
