A Philadelphia radio host is getting hammered for his take on the Nuggets’ recent title win.
Taking to the airwaves on Tuesday morning, 94 WIP’s Eliot Shorr-Parks went as far as calling Denver’s championship “meaningless” and that it doesn’t mean Nikola Jokic is better than Sixers center Joel Embiid:
Jokic got handed easiest path to a title we might ever see again in the NBA… I don’t think this means, ‘The Nuggets are way better, they’re winners and the Sixers are losers and Jokic is way better than Embiid.’ I think that’s an overreaction.

It wasn’t exactly received well on Twitter.
“Well Eliot Shorr-Parks’ opinion is the most meaningless opinion out there. It’s disgraceful he is tied to the sports teams in Philadelphia. We do not claim you as part of the fan base,” a user replied.
