Mike Depatie, former CEO of Kimpton Hotels, and his wife Holly are listing their Pacific Heights mansion for $15.995 million.

The Tudor-style home built in 1933 was the original Canadian Consulate. The home was later sold to philanthropists Jeff and Laurie Ubben, who hosted multiple fundraisers in their abode. One well-known guest, Martha Stewart, had a guestroom named after her.

The 9,125 square foot six-bedroom and eight-bath home is a blend of original craftsmanship and modern conveniences. It touts hand-carved wood fixtures and custom exterior ironwork as well as a chef’s kitchen, a gym, a library and a movie room. There is two-car garage, a wraparound courtyard with a firepit, and the lower level of the home has been converted into a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment.

Neal Ward with Compass is the listing agent.
