A pair of WNBA stars are marrying each other.

On Saturday, Connecticut Sun teammates Alyssa Thomas and DeWanna Bonner announced that they are engaged to be married.

“FOREVER,” Thomas, who proposed on one knee, wrote.

“Best. News. Ever. Alyssa Thomas and DeWanna Bonner are ENGAGED.” The Sun said on Twitter.

Thomas, 31, proposed to her longtime girlfriend – and teammate – over the weekend.

Bonner was traded from Phoenix to Connecticut in 2020.

Bonner, 35, spent the first 10 years of her career in phoenix. She was traded to Connecticut during the 2020 season.

Thomas, 31, has spent her entire career with the Sun.

The happy couple has made several public appearances throughout their relationship.
