All eyes will be on Nikola Jokic tonight as he leads the Denver Nuggets in their first-ever NBA Finals appearance. Naturally, the cameras will likely swing to Jokic’s wife Natalija over the course of the Finals.
Nikola Jokic and Natalija Macesic were an item long before Jokic was an NBA superstar. Natalija has posted photos on Instagram of the two of them that date back to 2012 – when they were both still teenagers.
Ever since Jokic was drafted by the Denver Nuggets in 2015, the two have remained together and in 2020 they finally tied the knot and got married. It didn’t take long for the Jokic’s to welcome a third member into their family as their daughter was born in 2021.
Natalija Jokic tends to keep a lower profile than many NBA wives. She only posts on social media a few times per year and usually to mark very special occasions in her life. Here are some of the highlights of Mrs. Jokic from her Instagram page:
Nikola Jokic has been one of the NBA’s top centers for the past five seasons. Over the past three he’s averaged 26 points per game and was voted NBA MVP in 2022.
A title win over the Miami Heat in the NBA Finals would cement him as one of the NBA’s true greats.
