A BEACH in the UK is welcoming a brand-new attraction thanks to a top British celebrity.
Freshwater Bay on the Isle of Wight will be home to the island’s very first beach sauna.

Set in Freshwater on the western edge of the Isle of Wight lies Freshwater Bay, a popular beach among locals and holidaymakers alike.
The beach is covered in a mixture of grey flint and chalk pebbles but spots of sand can be found on the eastern side of the bay.
Freshwater Bay is home to traditional seaside pastimes like rock pooling, surfing, and bodyboarding, and holidaymakers can also rent kayaks and explore the nearby bays of Watcombe and Scratchells too.
When the tide is low several caves become exposed at the bottom of the chalk cliffs.
Holidaymakers who wish to explore these areas should look to hire a local guide who’ll guide you through the tide times.
In addition to the beach’s beloved attractions, the bay is also home to a brand-new attraction, the island’s very first beach sauna.
The wood-fired sauna is the brainchild of British DJ Rob da Bank, who co-founded Bestival, and also runs the wellness brand Slow Motion along with his wife Josie.
Up to eight visitors can fit inside the mobile structure, which offers sun views thanks to a panoramic mirrored window.
To get the full benefit of the sauna, Rob recommends experiencing the sauna before taking a refreshing dip in the sea.
The sauna opened for a taster day last weekend and raised donations for the Isle of Wight Youth Trust.
Throughout July and August, the sauna will be open on Saturdays and Sundays between 7 am to 6 pm.
Entry into the sauna costs £10 per person, and sessions should be booked in advance online.
After the summer months, the mobile sauna will take to the road and visit other destinations.
Rob said: “The mobile sauna perfectly complements our wellness offering and we’re delighted to share the experience with visitors.”
Away from the beach, other nearby attractions include a public bar inside the Albion Hotel, and the Dimbola Museum and galleries.
Holidaymakers wishing to visit Freshwater Bay can take a Wightlink ferry from Lymington to Yarmouth.
The crossing takes 40 minutes, and the beach is a further 10-minute drive from the island’s port.
