Pink flies high to close out 2022 BottleRock Napa Valley

Technically speaking, the 2022 BottleRock party was winding down as we approached 8 p.m. on the last night of the three-day festival.

Yet, Pink had other plans in store for the tens of thousands gathered in front of the big JaM Cellars Stage to watch her headlining set on Sunday (May 29).

So, of course, the energetic pop star would open her show with the rocking anthem “Get the Party Started” — which delivered exactly as advertised.

She’d then continue to pull from her own lengthy catalog of hits as well as some cool cover material — such as 4 Non Blondes’ “What’s Up?” and Kris Kristofferson’s “Me and Bobby McGee” — during her approximately 100-minute set.

Pink would also take to the air at the end of her set, flying high above the crowd via wires. It’s one of her signature moves — and it certainly turned out to be one of the signature moments of the 2022 BottleRock Napa Valley festival.

Pink would also show up at the festival on Day 2 (Saturday, May 29), appearing on BottleRock’s popular Williams Sonoma Culinary Stage with food writer Gail Simmons, chef Roy Choi and host Liam “Foodie Chap” Mayclem.
