Prajakta Koli has had a busy year. Apart from working on the Bollywood debut, the Varun Dhawan starrer Jug Jug Jiyo, she also filmed the second season of her web show, Mismatched 2. The first season of Ronnie Screwvala’s series emerged to be a sleeper hit, with Koli earning enough acclaim for her acting stint. “When the show aired, we didn’t expect it to blow up like it did. We had so much fun! Season two has a lot of drama, and emotions.”
Koli, who emerged to be among the early and most successful social media influencers, has featured in an Emmy winning documentary, Creators for Change. She admits that dabbling in Bollywood is a different ball game. The actor, who stars alongside Dhawan, Kiara Advani, and Neetu Kapoor in Raj Mehta’s Jug Jug Jiyo, says, “I am an actor who is yet to find her groove, so I gravitate [towards projects] based on the stories. Being on a set with such senior actors , you are always in awe of them.”
