Lawyer David Boies told the Duke of York that if he wants to tangle again, let him know.
“He’s got my telephone number,” Boies said on Piers Morgan’s show, adding he doubts Andrew’s bluster.
“I do not [think he’ll call] because he knows that if he comes back, he’s going to be subject to exactly the same scrutiny, exactly the same deposition, exactly the same trial that caused him to settle in the first place.”
Giuffre had been groomed for sex by Andrew’s pals, Ghislaine Maxwell and her pedophile benefactor Epstein. Giuffre later accused the prince of sexually abusing her on three occasions when she was 17.
Boies told Morgan that the prince’s trainwreck BBC interview gave his team “a lot of ammunition.” Andrew, he said, would not want to sit through a gruelling deposition.

“He had said so many things and his advisers had said so many things to the press on his behalf that he was going to have a lot of difficulty, I think, reconciling those things with the factual evidence, testimony that people had given. Not just my client but other people,” Boies said.
As for Andrew’s guilt?
“Unless you’re there, unless you’re there witnessing … unless you’ve got a videotape, you never know personally what happened. All you can do is look at the evidence and the evidence was very strong,” Boies said.
Meanwhile, friends of the disgraced prince are worried about his well-being, especially after King Charles’ edict giving him the boot from his mansion.
According to The Independent, sources fear Andrew is cut off from friends — and reality. They too are questioning the wisdom of reopening the lawsuit.
Friends are calling him “desperate” for redemption but also that he’s delusional about a return to royal duties.
“There are fears he’s making judgments in isolation and only speaking to his lawyer,” sources told The Independent. “He’s seeing nobody, there’s a real element of isolation there, it feels like he’s becoming a recluse.”
