Prince Harry’s tell-all set to be published ‘in time for Christmas’

Prince Harry’s literary memoir is reportedly set to be published later this year “in time for Christmas”, insiders have revealed.

A finished manuscript has already been signed off on by lawyers, after much speculation over the tell-all about the royal’s life, The Sun reported.

Penguin Random House, his publishers, are assumed to now be trying to get it out in time for the Thanksgiving and Christmas market in the US.

It is also understood that ghostwriter JR Moehringer completed the manuscript earlier this summer.

A publishing source told The Sun: “The manuscript has been finished and gone through all of the legal processes.

“It’s done and out of Harry’s hands.

“The publishing date has been pushed back once but it is on track for the end of the year.”

Harry previously said that the autobiography will be “heartfelt and intimate” and “wholly truthful” but it is feared it could stoke up new rifts with his family.

It will cover his lifetime in the public eye, including his time in the military, marriage and fatherhood.

Announcing the book, the Duke of Sussex previously said: “I’ve worn many hats over the years, both literally and figuratively, and my hope is that in telling my story — the highs and lows, the mistakes, the lessons learned — I can help show that no matter where we come from, we have more in common than we think.

“I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to share what I’ve learned over the course of my life so far and excited for people to read a first hand account of my life that’s accurate and wholly truthful.”

A New York publishing source told Pagesix.com earlier this month that the book would be “juicy” with “some content in there that should make his family nervous”.
