KUWAIT CITY, Jan 10: In the ninth round of stc Kuwait Premier League Qadsiyah SC defeated Nasser SC 1:0 at Mohammed Al-Hamad Stadium. In the 20th minute a goal was scored through a perfect pass from Eid Al Rashid to Al Mutawa to score an historic goal and be a top goal scorer in the local tournament. With this he has scored 211th goal to surpass former Syrian player Firas Al Khatib. Qadsiyah SC with this win are now equal with Kuwait SC with 19 points each, while Nasser SC are on 9 points.

In the second match Shabab SC defeated Tadamon 1:0 at Al-Awwal Stadium, Shabab SC are now on 7 points.
