Queen Camilla ‘has taken years off’ with hair hack

For decades, Camilla stayed true to her iconic shoulder-length feathered bob but recently, however, it seems she switched her hairstyle to a shorter and blonder “angled bob”. This, along with other beauty changes, are key to keeping a Queen-appropriate style.

Paz Torralba, a beauty specialist at the head of The Beauty Concept, explained: “Camilla has always had very classic and conservative hair, but at the same time she has managed to make it timeless, which is very practical for a woman with a very busy schedule.

“With her last retouch of her bob, she has taken years off and her fun attitude has been enhanced because this cut rejuvenates and it looks good on everyone. In other words, it enhances the best of the face and is easy to maintain.”

The expert continued: “The case of Camilla is a true reflection that beauty is a matter of attitude.

“She has learnt how to make her way of seeing life, positive and relaxed, her most attractive attribute.

“She is a distinguished woman, but very calm when socialising I think that makes her someone who does not go unnoticed, although she does not want to attract attention,” the expert added.

When she started dating the then Prince Charles, Camilla hardly wore makeup and had curly hair, but in recent years, she has polished her style and appearance.

At their wedding in 2005, Camilla stunned in a silk gown and a diamond-encrusted feather headband.

After that, her transformation began with a more curated style and a trendy haircut.

The monarch reportedly quit smoking in 2001 thanks to health guru Mosaraf Ali, and now at age 75, she has much more hydrated, glowing and healthier skin.

In 2010 the monarch confessed that she had tried facial treatment with bee venom, promoted by skincare guru Deborah Mitchell, which consists of using bee poison on the skin to penetrate fine lines.

“It works to control the facial muscles and tightens, firms and lifts them, as well as moisturises the skin.

“The bee venom is also good for providing an instant anti-ageing effect and leaves the face looking naturally younger.

“Queen Camilla only uses quality organic products,” Deborah Mitchell told the Daily Mail.

In terms of make-up, Camilla replaced the red lipstick with a subtle gloss pink, and started using loose powder on the skin and a layer of mascara to highlight the look.

Paz claimed: “Camilla does not stand out for having good skin, although it is true that – perhaps with the help of makeup – she always looks very fresh and bright.

“She has very marked wrinkles that would be very easy to reduce with a touch-up without losing her identity, because if Camilla had cosmetic surgery it would be something so striking that it would completely change her expression.”

The beauty expert highlighted “the importance of preventing little by little and going in harmony with the years to avoid making major changes at a very adult age”.

Paz shared one last recommendation for women in their 70s who want to achieve a youthful appearance.

She said: “I would recommend Ultherapy to Camilla, the most famous non-surgical facelift in the world that treats elasticity, flaccidity, the tightening effect, a more even tone of the skin and small wrinkles.

“It is a medical treatment with which women would achieve a very rejuvenating effect without noticing anything because its effects improve month by month and it is done once a year.”
