Racegoers wow in chic outfits as they flock to Royal Ascot for day three

Royal Ascot guests have stepped out in an array of eye-catching outfits once more as they arrive for day three of the racing event.

With the sun shining once again, many have opted for summery colour palettes and knee-grazing dresses.

In true racing style, statement hats and fascinators are the stars of the show, with many people showing off daring styles for the occasion.

One stylish racegoer flaunted a chic vintage look in a patterned black, red and white dress and a clock hat.

The alternative vintage-style outfit resembled an Alice in Wonderland outfit symbolic of the Queen of Hearts.

Another woman was a vision of elegance in a striped pastel-coloured gown and extravagant feathered hat.

Her dress is by Suzannah London, a designer loved by the Royal Family. The specific design is the Rainbow 23 Spearmint Midi dress, which retails for £2,290.

Pictured smiling as she arrived at the racecourse, one female guest proudly wore an elaborate hat adorned with tassels.

The brightly coloured style was hard to miss and finished with a glistening jewel in the centre of it.

A third guest styled a bright red showman-inspired hat complete with a unique netting over her face.

The striking red style was paired with a black and white collar accessory for an unusual take on the classic Royal Ascot style.

Other guests styled more subtle shades for the royal event, with one woman donning a very regal white tweed dress.

Paired with a simplistic white hat, the racegoer looked as though she had been inspired by Kate, Princess of Wales’s trademark fashion sense.

Complete with court heels in a matching shade, the elegant guest follows Queen Camilla and Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh who both stepped out in white earlier this week.
