MUMBAI: Former India pacer Raju Kulkarni has decided to stay on his post as the Mumbai chief selector after a “constructive, positive meeting” with Mumbai Cricket Association president Amol Kale and secretary Ajinkya Naik at the MCA office on Tuesday.
“Today, I had a constructive, positive meeting with Amol Kale. He graciously resolved all the functional issues of senior selection committee. I have signed a Memorandum Of Understanding with the MCA, with mutually agreed terms and conditions. I sincerely thank the President and the Apex Counci,” Kulkarni told TOI.
He revealed that he had even offered to work for the MCA for free, but his offer was rejected.
