Muslims in Saudi Arabia will observe March 23 as the first day of the holy month of Ramadan as the Ramzan crescent was not sighted today. Subsequently, fasting will start on Thursday. Muslims in the UK, the US, and Canada are patiently waiting for a moon sighting, however, Saudi Astronomer Dr. Abdullah Khudairi said the crescent will be impossible to sight today evening in Saudi Arabia, citing the scientific data.
