Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, who were busy celebrating the Diwali festivities, recently took to social media to react to a video shared by Alia Bhatt. The mother-to-be posted a video of her husband Ranbir Kapoor promoting the premiere of Brahmastra on OTT platform. The video was a satirical take of how the fantasy drama was extensively promoted across platform and received many reactions from not just industry insiders but also fans of RaAlia.

Alia Bhatt posted a video of Ranbir Kapoor talking about the release of Brahmastra on Disney+Hotstar. She captioned it saying, “Hard Facts.” In the said video, the actor is seen going on a massive rant to someone about how he has been constantly promoting the film on every occasion. Making a reference to the songs in the film’s album, Ranbir had said, “more promotions, more more more promotions. Itna toh film mein Alia ne Shiva Shiva nahi bola hoga. dance karte karte bhoot ban chukka hoon main aur Alia ka awaaz bait gaya hai Kesariya gaate gaate.” The quirky take on the massive promotional strategy on the fantasy drama seemed to have received a lot of comments.
From Arjun Kapoor to Zoya Akhtar, many celebs took to the social media platform to drop their comments. Amongst them were Ranveer Singh and his wife, and Ranbir’s ex Deepika Padukone. While the ’83 actor dropped a series of emojis including laugh emoji, his wife only added a laughing emoji. Ranbir’s mother-in-law Soni Razdan said, “Too cute and funny absolutely.” Saba Pataudi, who is Ranbir’s cousin, Kareena Kapoor Khan’s sister-in-law, also dropped off a laugh and heart emoji on the video. Besides them, many fans showered their love on this funny video.
Coming to Brahmastra, the 3D film brought together Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt together for the first time on the big screen. The film also features Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy.
