Rashford and Loi went on holiday together as recently as March this year. The forward posted pictures of them both in New York after pulling out of international duty due to injury.
The Sun says it was an amicable split. A source stated: “The relationship ran its course and they remain very close friends.”
Rashford is in the England squad for the upcoming Euro 2024 qualifiers. Gareth Southgate’s squad, including Rashford, met up on Sunday ahead of Friday’s match away to Malta.
The Three Lions then face North Macedonia at United’s home ground of Old Trafford on June 19. Rashford has enjoyed the best goalscoring season of his career, scoring 33 times for club and country in 61 appearances.
