Remnant 2: How To Reroll Your Campaign

Listen, we’ve all been there. You start a new campaign and realize a few hours in that you messed up your build and spent all your resources on useless items. Now you’re stuck in a dungeon and can’t beat the boss, but you don’t necessarily feel like starting a whole new campaign from scratch. Luckily for you, Remnant 2 has a solution to that exact problem.

Remnant 2 offers players a simple and convenient way to reroll their campaigns at any point during a playthrough. Doing so won’t reset all your progress within that campaign, but it will reset some of it. You’ll want to carefully consider your options before you decide to pull the trigger and reroll your campaign.

Campaign rerolling in Remnant 2

If you’re sick of a particular world because it’s either too difficult or too annoying to explore, you can reroll your campaign to start fresh in a new world. To reroll your campaign, simply head over to the World Stone in Ward 13 and click the World Settings button located at the bottom of the wheel menu. Now simply hit the Reroll Campaign button and then select the difficulty to start a new adventure. Although there are other World Stones scattered throughout Remnant 2, only the one found in Ward 13 allows you to reroll your campaign.

Once you decide to reroll, your progress in the current world will be erased and you’ll lose access to said world. However, you’re not going to lose any of your items, Resources, Perks, Traits, or Skills. Your power level will remain the same and the main quest won’t be affected, but you won’t be able to continue any side quests you may have active. All in all, that’s a small price to pay for starting over fresh, especially since you can change the difficulty without having to create a new character.

Rerolling your campaign can lead to a couple of strange bugs where certain NPCs act like they’re just seeing you for the first time. This is most likely a temporary issue that will get fixed at some point down the line. Either way, it won’t affect an NPCs ability to sell stuff or craft items for you, so no need to worry about that.
