REVEALED: Inside Nic Nat, Brittany Bown’s baby nursery

The countdown is on for Nic Naitanui and Brittany Bown as they prepare to welcome their first child.

Over the weekend, the pilates instructor wrote in her weekly column for The Sunday Times Magazine that she was officially past her due date.

Now the couple, who made their public debut in 2020, have given fans a glimpse into their son’s nursery.

The room appears to have a relaxed theme, with lots of neutral tones and a few special additions, including West Coast champion Naitanui’s book, Little Nic’s Big Day, seen in one photo.

Both Bown and Naitanui shared their own posts from inside the baby’s room on Tuesday as part of a partnership with Australian retailer Baby Bunting.

From the post it appears their little bundle of joy will sleep in a Love N Care Everly model of cot, pictured in each of the duo’s posts, which sells for $749.

Two pairs of cute baby Jordans — a black and blue pair worth $60 and a black and yellow pair worth $69.95 – were also shown off.

The couple will keep tabs on their baby with an Oricom baby monitor, with prices varying depending on which bundle you purchase.

It appears they also bought their son a personalised ‘Baby Naitanui’ blanket.

Bown and Naitanui announced they were expecting their first baby an exclusive photoshoot and interview for STM back in May.

“We were both stoked and super surprised, we had expected a bit more of a journey (trying to fall pregnant),” Bown said at the time.

“I think culture will play a big part (in raising our child),” Naitanui, 32, added.

“I think (Brittany will) be perfect. She’s pretty good around children and has a very caring nature. So I think she’ll fit perfectly in the role of being a mother.”

They revealed their baby’s gender at a star-studded affair at Crown Perth in August.

The pair previously stated they’re in no rush to get married.

“We’ve got a lot of room for a baby in our lives right now … the other stuff will happen but we’re not going to rush into it,” Naitanui said.
