Tamra Judge called out her former best friend, Shannon Beador, for being the reason they fell out.
“She’s a self-centered person that only gives a f–k about herself,” Judge told co-star Heather Dubrow when the latter suggested they reconnect on Wednesday’s premiere episode of “The Real Housewives of Orange County.”
“You wouldn’t be so passionately angry if you didn’t have feelings of love for her, and you got betrayed,” Dubrow told Judge after a pickleball match with Gina Kirschenheiter. “I just think it’s maybe good for you to say your peace.”
Judge, 55, agreed and added that she doesn’t want to “fight” with her ex-BFF anymore. However, she still has a lot of things she “would like to talk to her about.”
Throughout the premiere — and Judge’s grand return after a two-year hiatus — the former two-thirds of the Tres Amigas told their sides of the story on their friendship breakup in late 2021.
Judge claimed that she felt hurt when Beador, 59, “ghosted” her after she was fired from “RHOC.” At the same time, Judge’s ex-husband, Simon Barney — whom she shares three children with — was diagnosed with stage 3 throat cancer.
“I was there for her for years,” Judge said in a confessional. “I needed somebody to tell me, ‘You’re gonna be OK, Simon’s gonna make it, your kids are gonna be OK, and when she wasn’t there for me it was a dealbreaker.”
However, Beador denied “completely” cutting off Judge and explained that Judge “crushed” her when she “exacerbate[d] the untruths” about her in the press.
“I told the truth!” Judge exclaimed in a confessional. “I was in an interview on a podcast, they asked me if we were friends, and I said she doesn’t reach out to me anymore.”
Judge wasn’t afraid to discuss her falling out with Beador in the press and previously slammed her as “very aggressive.”
“If she’s mad, she calls and screams and yells,” Judge said in January 2021. “So, that goes across the board to us or production or whoever.”
Can’t get enough ‘Real Housewives?’
The premiere episode ended with Beador and Judge having an emotional conversation after the former awkwardly walked into Kirschenheiter and the latter talking about her at a group yoga event.
“I hope you’re OK,” Judge told her as she began to tear up. “It’s a lot going on.”
Judge confessed to Beador that she “miss[ed] my best friend” and dealt with several challenges over the last year, including the death of her dog and the closing of her and her husband’s gym, CUT Fitness.
“It’s good to see you I know we both have a lot of hurt,” Beador replied. “I’m at a point — I’m gonna tear up — I’m at a point in my life where everything is so good, and I don’t wanna have hardships about anything or anyone let’s get together and start talking though it.”
Judge agreed and, the following season, the two have an intense conversation where they hash out all of their past issues during lunch.
“The Real Housewives of Orange County” airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
