Rihanna is pregnant! The singer’s rep confirmed the news to The Hollywood Reporter on February 12, immediately following her Super Bowl halftime performance. She is expecting her second child with rapper A$AP Rocky.

RiRi performed hit after hit at her long-awaited Apple Music Super Bowl LVII Halftime Show performance, but the second she hit the stage, fans were paying attention to…something else. Everyone on social media seemed to be dying to know: Is Rihanna pregnant again? And we mean everyone: “Pregnant” and “ANOTHER BABY” (all caps) started trending on Twitter during the show and after it ended. The power she has!

“Ok so everyone just googled ‘rihanna pregnant’ right,” one user wrote. “How many seconds into the half time show did someone at your Super Bowl party politely ask if Rihanna is pregnant,” said another tweet. Thousands more echoed the general sentiment across social media. “We really thought rihanna was giving us new music and a tour but this woman is having another baby,” added another.

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky welcomed their first child—a boy—on May 13, 2022. If you’ll recall, Rihanna had an especially iconic pregnancy style, so we’re in for a treat (again).

As for Rihanna’s actual Super Bowl Halftime show performance? It was amazing, obviously, and so was her look. The singer and Fenty founder wore custom Alaïa coats designed by Pieter Mullier: First, she sported a red leather puffer scarf with integrated gloves, and then she rocked a red leather maxi puffer coat with integrated gloves. She wore a Loewe jumpsuit with a bustier underneath.

We must say, we’re loving the red theme: Sheryl Lee Ralph, who performed the hymn “Lift Every Voice and Sing” at the Super Bowl LVII pregame, similarly did so in a bright red jumpsuit. Twins!
