Rihanna Pairs a Metallic Purple Mini Skirt With Her Winter Puffer

The superstar stepped out for an art gallery date with her boyfriend A$AP Rocky in NYC yesterday. In the pics, which you can see here, the musician couple walked hand in hand as they headed to the Basquiat exhibit at Christie’s.

The Barbados native wore a winter-appropriate red, white, and purple puffer jacket with a black fur trim over a black t-shirt and metallic purple mini skirt. She finished the look with purple knee-high Balenciaga boots, layered necklaces, tinted sunglasses, and a gray finger brace from an unknown injury.

The “Sundress” rapper bundled up for the weather in a grey plaid overcoat, knitted scarf, baseball cap, and gloves.

Rihanna’s eye-catching daytime look comes days after she debuted a new quilted winter coat, straight from Miu Miu’s fall/winter 2021 runway. During a night out in NYC, the “Work” singer paired the collared bomber jacket with an oversized black track suit by Martine Rose, Balenciaga Knife boots, and white sunglasses by Loewe.

The Fenty Beauty founder may still be channeling warmer temps after her recent trip home, where she was honored as a national hero during Barbados’ transition into a republican nation. She received the honor during the island’s presidential inauguration, where she wore an orange silk halter-top gown by Bottega Veneta.
